301 Automate and Visualize Learning Data for Improved Efficiency and Support

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM Wednesday, September 27

Ecosystems often deploy more than one software solution to meet company goals. Without sophisticated integrations it's challenging to get a view of learning ecosystem data, however the appetite for quick, customizable views has never been greater. What if it was possible to do without ongoing IT support?

In this session we'll talk about turning raw learning data into processes that create data visualizations that enable administrative efficiency and employee support. We'll outline various ways to automate the gathering of data from multiple learning platforms. We'll provide examples of how we compiled the data using Tableau. Lastly, we will walk through how using data visualization and dashboards can enable your leaders to have insight into what training is coming for their team.

You'll leave this session with ways to automate the export and aggregation of data from your learning platforms, as well as an understanding of how data visualization can ease administrative burdens and improve visibility.
